Online Team Stores

Our staff will create your online custom team store from your selected products and bag and tag all orders for easy distribution. Your designated team contact can pick up the bagged and tagged orders from our store or we can ship each order directly to the purchaser. You have enough going on, let us do the work.

Are there minimums?
Yes, minimums will vary by product.

What happens if my team does not meet minimums?
The team can purchase remaining items to meet minimums or we will cancel and refund that item. We have strategies for planning your products so that minimums can be met.

How long is the online store open?
We recommend that you keep your store open no longer than two weeks.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Production times vary but normally production is 12-14 business days after the store closing date.

Will I need to separate all of the orders before I hand them out?
No, we bag and tag the orders for easy handout.

How does my team order?
We will provide a direct link to send out to your team. We also will provide a flyer with all products and ordering information that you can email or print as a hand out.

What are my delivery options?
Team pick-up: A team representative can pick up all orders and deliver them to the team.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped directly to each customer. Shipping charges will apply
In Store Pick-Up: Orders will be available for pick-up in our University Mall store during store hours

Do you accept returns?
Custom apparel and accessories with a team logo or individual name are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason, including incorrect size.

I have someone who missed the deadline, can they still place an order?
To ensure on time delivery and best pricing for everyone in the group we are unable to take or change orders after the store closing date.

How do I know my order was placed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you do not receive the emailed order confirmation, your order was not placed.

When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards will be processed after your order is placed. OrderMyGear, through their third party processor, Stripe, is PCI compliant and is a Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest level of security.

Can we add fundraising?
Yes, we can add a fundraising amount to items you choose and issue a rebate check after the store has closed and orders have been delivered.
